As part of charting Singapore progress through the lens, it strikes me hard on the amazing speed that what one could accomplished within a short time frame. It seems not too long ago when the decision to approve running a casino over in Singapore and now we have 2!

Saying that, with the unique architecture, does it not seems to like an ark? Considering the various disasters movies we had recently like 2012 and Tsunami and the proximity to the sea… well, its just ramblings

Did an impromptu self drive trip down to Malacca over one of the free weekends to take a breather. The fabulous chendohs and bak-kut-tek did lots more to both health and mind, somehow as what chicken soup does for the soul. Lots of chendohs literally Might want to extend this to my other kakis

Alluring Bean curd

If you are a bean curd lover in our little sunny island, you will no doubt have at your fingertips, the stalls that you can swear by that’s serving out bowls of hot, steamy delicious bean curds. If you happen to pass by Serangoon Gardens, you can pay a visit to this stall to savor the extra smooth texture of the bean curd that’s dished out. I tried it and it has since been up in my #1 spot for bean curd. Oh, did i mention its only 50 cents?

AD Wedding::Mitchel & Sharon

I was recommended to Sharon & Mitchel through Melissa whom I had met a couple of years back during Daniel & Jay’s big day. Sharon, can be said to be one of the coolest bride I had shot as she was literally unfazed with the preparation leading up to the wedding. Of course with a couple of good friends make tons of difference On a second note, mabbe just a little apprehensive of iron hair curlers and eyelashes add-ons. Mitchel on the other hand, is the warm and bubbly guy that one could easily hook up a rapport with.

Sharon has good hands with her sets of knives and Mitchel can charm the world with his big sincere smile. And no, they are not running a chicken rice store.

All the best wishes to both Mitchel & Sharon and hope to hear bundles of joy dropping your way soon

It has been a long time since I did some black & white photography and I decided to round up Herry to join me for a shoot. From the outcome of our discussion, it landed us heading down to the Central Business District for a night shoot, or more accurately wee-hour early shoot. Here’s sharing some of the images.

To my sweet surprise, I’ve got a pair of JBL headphones for my birthday present from my darling It had since been ages since I’ve owned a pair of headphones, the last set was a SONY back during my secondary schooldays…

The sound quality oozing out of this pair is surprise smooth and groovy. Having a few hours to kill over the weekend, I headed down to my favorite coffee joint and hooked up the headset with my iPhone. Sipping my coffee while enjoying a wonderful bossa nova rendition of Lisa Ono’s “Dans Mon Ile” and Eagles’ “Hell Freezes Over” really peaked up my day. Bass was smooth, deep and yet not overbearing. I could really hear the different layers of instruments, adding depth to the delightful tunes. Now, all i need is to expand my music collection…
